3. Licence to use our software

When you download, purchase, or receive a BEDROOMMACHINES product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for personal or professional music production.

You may use BEDROOMMACHINES software to create music, sound design, audiovisual works, games, podcasts, videos, commercial releases, client work, and other creative projects.

You may release, sell, stream, broadcast, distribute, or commercially exploit music or audio created using BEDROOMMACHINES products without owing us royalties.

4. What you may not do

You may not:

• copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the software;
• share installers, licence keys, preset packs, or paid downloads with others;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract source code from the software, except where this is expressly permitted by law;
• remove copyright notices, branding, or licence information;
• use our products or website for unlawful purposes;
• falsely claim that BEDROOMMACHINES endorses you, your product, or your service;
• use our names, logos, product designs, screenshots, or branding in a misleading way.

5. Presets and factory content

Factory presets, example patches, demo sounds, and included content remain the property of BEDROOMMACHINES or its licensors.

You may use factory presets and sounds as part of your own musical works.

You may not redistribute factory presets, preset libraries, sample content, or included assets as standalone files or as part of another product without written permission.

6. Demo tracks and media

Audio demos, videos, images, artwork, website text, logos, screenshots, and promotional materials are provided for demonstration and marketing purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials may not be copied, reused, modified, or redistributed without permission.

You may share links to our website, SoundCloud, videos, or public product pages.

7. Website content

The content on our website is provided for general information. We try to keep product descriptions, compatibility information, and documentation accurate, but errors may occur.

We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.

8. Compatibility

We will make reasonable efforts to describe supported operating systems, plugin formats, DAWs, and system requirements accurately.

However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every computer, DAW, operating system version, plugin host, hardware configuration, or future software update.

10. Pre-release, beta, and experimental software

You are responsible for keeping backups of your projects, presets, installers, licences, and music files.
